My name is Petra Axlund Stegman and I am an E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide, Yoga Lifestyle Coach, Reiki Healer, Personal Trainer, Diet Coach and Yoga Jewelry Designer at EarthBound Yoga Design. I have been practicing yoga for more than 17 years and been a teaching yoga and meditation for about 8-9 years. I come from a traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga background but now I teach and practice Vinyasa Yoga and LivFree Power Yoga. I teach everything from a powerful and physically challenging Power Vinyasa to an alignment based Foundations Yoga and slow and yummie Gentle Yoga. I have more than 1000 hours of yoga training, and more than 3000 logged hours teaching yoga.
